Here's what's keeping this branch packed, despite their notoriously terrible service and the wornout unmaintained store: their awesome tasting food. There are few restaurants that taste as reliably great as Causeway. So, despite waiters that act as if they don't see or hear you, and waiters that deliberately avert their eyes and pretend there's only one table far from where you are seated in the restaurant, as a paying customer you'll just have to suck it. Here's a tip: don't go during lunch or dinner rush, otherwise expect to wait to be seated. Also, ask 3 different waiters every time they pass by your table, or expect to ask at least 3 times before they deliver. Lastly, wipe down your table with tissue and alcohol. They're not the tidiest of places. Seriously, you can almost sense the waiters' unhappiness and burnout. You'd also think after all the negative reviews that they'll try to do better by you. But no one forced you to come so...anything for a taste of good ol' Causeway. Do we recommend this place? For their food, yes! If you're not from this area, try their other branches. Are we going back? This is the nearest to us so we're going to keep sucking it.

Service staff are very attentive, responsive, and accommodating. Five star for "Service". The place was old but clean. Authentic Chinese restaurant. They still have the authentic dimsum cart that moves around the dining area. Serves free hot tea. Must try: Siomai, Chicken feet, lemonade Available: - Toilet - Free limited parking space

This Causeway has always been a family-favorite restaurant. The go-to dishes are the Yang Chow Fried Rice, Bean Curd and Siomai. They also accomadated my request of not putting any vegetables in the Sweet And Sour Pork Dish. They also accept advanced orders. See photo on the top right corner of thebmenunfor the contact number.

I had a wonderful experience at Causeway Restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was fresh and flavorful. The staff were attentive and friendly, which made the visit even better. The only downsides are that it’s a little expensive and parking can be difficult, with some waiting involved. Still, it's worth it for the overall experience.
